The Greek Excellence Awards ("Awards Program") is produced and operated by 111 Worldwide Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By submitting a nomination, application, supporting materials, sponsorship inquiry, award entry, or any other content through the Greek Excellence Awards website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:
 

1. Accuracy of Information

I certify that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I understand that providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in disqualification, removal from consideration, revocation of an award, or other action deemed appropriate by the Greek Excellence Awards.

2. Authority to Submit

I represent and warrant that I have the authority to submit this nomination, application, or entry and that I have obtained any necessary permissions from individuals, organizations, chapters, institutions, or entities referenced in the submission.

3. Ownership of Submitted Materials

I certify that I either own or have permission to use and submit all materials provided, including but not limited to:

• Written narratives

• Biographies

• Testimonials

• Photographs

• Videos

• Logos

• Artwork

• Supporting documentation

• Marketing materials

• Organizational records

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for obtaining any required permissions or releases related to submitted materials.

4. Grant of Permission and License

By submitting materials, I grant the Greek Excellence Awards and 111 Worldwide Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, promote, archive, and otherwise utilize submitted content in connection with:

• Award evaluations

• Finalist and recipient announcements

• Event programming

• Marketing and promotional campaigns

• Press releases

• Website content

• Social media content

• Livestreams and broadcasts

• Historical and archival records

• Future Greek Excellence Awards materials

This license remains in effect regardless of whether the nomination or submission is selected for recognition.

5. Use of Names, Likenesses, and Organizational Information

I authorize the Greek Excellence Awards and 111 Worldwide Media to use the names, titles, biographies, photographs, logos, likenesses, and publicly shared information associated with the submission for promotional, educational, editorial, marketing, and event-related purposes without additional compensation.

6. Review and Selection Process

I understand and acknowledge that:

• Submission does not guarantee selection as a nominee, finalist, honoree, recipient, speaker, presenter, sponsor, or participant.

• All decisions regarding eligibility, nominations, finalists, award recipients, and recognition are final.

• The Greek Excellence Awards reserves the right to verify information provided in any submission.

• The Greek Excellence Awards reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.

7. Publicity and Media Release

If selected as a nominee, finalist, honoree, award recipient, presenter, sponsor, or participant, I authorize the Greek Excellence Awards and 111 Worldwide Media to publicize my participation and use submitted materials in connection with event promotion and coverage.

I understand that photographs, recordings, livestreams, interviews, and media coverage may occur during event-related activities.

8. No Compensation

I understand that submission of materials does not entitle me, my organization, or any affiliated party to compensation, royalties, reimbursement, or payment arising from the use of submitted content, publicity, or promotional activities related to the Greek Excellence Awards.

9. Right to Modify or Remove Content

The Greek Excellence Awards reserves the right to edit, format, summarize, shorten, categorize, or remove submitted materials as necessary for administrative, promotional, editorial, technical, or event-related purposes.

10. Indemnification

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Greek Excellence Awards, 111 Worldwide Media, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• My submission;

• My violation of this Agreement;

• My infringement of any third-party rights;

• Any false or misleading information provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Greek Excellence Awards and 111 Worldwide Media shall not be liable for lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically impaired submissions.

Submission of materials is at the submitter's own risk.

12. Agreement and Electronic Consent

By selecting the acknowledgment checkbox and submitting materials through the Website, I certify that:

• I have read this Submission Agreement in its entirety;

• I understand and agree to its terms;

• I am authorized to submit the information provided;

• I consent to the use of submitted materials as described herein.

My electronic submission shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
